DESCRIPTION

Simple and Precise for Cheese:

This pH meter is designed to measure the pH by penetration in almost all types of cheese and curds.

pH is an essential measurement throughout the cheesemaking process. From the initial measurements of incoming milk to the final measurements of ripened cheese, pH is the most important parameter for controlling cheese quality and safety.

    Pocket pH meter:

    This pH meter has a range of 0.0 to 12.00 pH and a resolution of 0.01 pH with an accuracy of ±0.05 pH at 25°C. Calibration is automatic at one or two points. The built-in electrode is designed for the specific application listed. The HI-981032 has an approximate battery life of 1000 hours of continuous use and features an automatic shutoff function activated after 8 minutes or 60 minutes. It comes with a protective cap over the electrode containing a storage solution. Calibration is available at three points.
