DESCRIPTION

Digital refractometer for glucose:

The HI96803 is a robust, portable digital refractometer for food products, designed to indicate the sugar content in aqueous solutions as % glucose by weight (% w/w).

The HI96803 provides results with an accuracy of ±0.2 %. Operation is simplified with just two buttons: one for calibration using distilled or deionized water, and the other for taking a measurement. All readings are automatically temperature-compensated according to the ICUMSA Methods Book and displayed within 1.5 seconds.

The sealed silica glass prism and stainless steel sample well are easy to clean. Simply wipe with a soft cloth to prepare for the next sample.
