The ANALYSETTE 3 PRO vibratory sieve shaker is the ideal instrument for quantitative particle size analysis using a well-established and proven sieving method. The particle size distribution of solids and suspensions of all kinds can be measured by dry or wet sieving. Sieving can be performed with woven fabric analytical sieves or micro-precision sieves. Our top-of-the-line ANALYSETTE 3 PRO, with amplitude control and automatic program selection, can be integrated as a test instrument into an ISO 9001-compliant testing instrument monitoring system and used for monitoring internal company quality standards. The ANALYSETTE 3 PRO is a fixed component for laboratory certification as a calibrable and validatable test instrument (the EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate for instrument calibration, as well as the "Installation" and "Operating Qualifications" reports, can be provided upon request).

The ANALYSETTE 3 is a "shake sieve" system in the classic sense, in which an electromagnetic drive causes the sieves to oscillate in a vertical direction. The material to be sieved is periodically propelled upwards over the sieve fabric and forced through the mesh of the fixed test sieve as it falls downwards.

The multilingual AUTOSIEB software for controlling the ANALYSETTE 3 PRO and for automatic evaluation, simple monitoring, and documentation of sieving results is provided on a convenient USB drive and is therefore very quick to install. All you have to do is connect it to a laboratory analytical balance (see accessories for automatic sieve analysis evaluation), then weigh the sieves before and after sieving using differential weighing; AUTOSIEB will do the rest. The software, which is compatible with Windows 7, XP, and Vista, allows for easy saving and retrieval of weights for empty sieves, both single sieves and complete sieve sets. The ANALYSETTE 3 PRO vibrating sieve shaker comes with tensioning equipment, but does not include the clamping cover, sieve, or sieve mold, which are available in various models and must be ordered as accessories. Also available as an accessory is the TorqueMaster universal tensioning sieve system for automatic and repeatable tensioning of the sieve stack on the shaker.

To prevent unwanted contamination and extend sieve life, we recommend gentle cleaning of the sieves and micro-precision sieves.
