Digital Refractometer – Simple and Accurate:

The HI96801 is a digital refractometer used in the food industry to measure general sugar concentrations in foods (fruits, energy drinks, puddings, tofu, jams, honey, soups, sauces).

Accurately indicate the sugar content of aqueous food solutions in % Brix with the HI96801 digital refractometer. Its simple two-button operation and 1.5-second response time make this digital refractometer the obvious choice for Brix measurement in foods. The sealed flint glass prism and stainless steel well are easy to clean, and all readings are temperature-compensated.
