DESCRIPTION

Reference device for the food industry:

The HI99161 is a portable pH meter specifically designed for the food industry. Monitoring the pH of products ensures product quality.

The FC2023 pH electrode is easy to clean, with a PVDF body and a conical tip. This makes it ideal for measurements in semi-solids such as meat and cheese.

The FC2023 uses a reference junction, which avoids common clogging problems in viscous liquids such as milk or spices.

    Very easy to use

    Comes with a pre-amplified FC2023 pH/temperature probe with DIN connector, a sturdy carrying case, and calibration certificates. Automatic one- or two-point pH calibration with two standard buffers: 4.01, 7.01, and 10.01.
