The ULTRACAM LD 500/510 ultrasonic camera sold in Tunisia by Afrimesure is an advanced diagnostic tool designed to detect, locate, and photograph compressed air, gas, steam, and vacuum leaks within your industrial facilities.
Thanks to its 30 MEMS microphones, it calculates and displays the ultrasonic image in real time, enabling rapid intervention without production interruption.
With a battery life exceeding 6 hours, this equipment stands out as a reliable and ergonomic solution for preventive maintenance and reducing energy losses.
The ULTRACAM LD 500/510, available in Tunisia from Afrimesure, allows for the precise location of leaks, even in noisy environments.
The ultrasound emitted during leaks is converted into a clear visual image, thus facilitating the accurate identification of anomalies on your compressed air systems, transformers, insulators, and high-voltage lines.
The system includes a leak estimation function (in l/min or cfm) and also calculates the associated annual cost.
The data can be transferred via USB and can be used with the CS Leak Reporter V2 software to generate ISO-compliant reports 50001 (PDF or CSV formats).
These reports include leak locations, estimated loss volumes, associated costs, and repair priorities.
By identifying and repairing compressed air leaks, you significantly reduce energy consumption and therefore your CO₂ emissions.
The software quantifies these emissions in tons and concretely demonstrates the positive impact on your industrial site's decarbonization strategy.
